What materials do you print on?

We can print on any number of substrates from various types of paper, to vinyl, polypropylene, backlit material, etc.. If you can think of it, chances are we can print on it. Please visit our substrates page to learn more.

How wide can you print?

We can print up to 60" wide with a single roll and can create even wider images by tiling multiple prints.

What if I need a custom size?

We design your projects to suite your specifications. From imaging your project, to special finishing needs, to custom packaging and shipping, we will work to develop a custom solution for your communication campaign.

How do I prepare the artwork?

We accept both MAC and PC in many formats, including Quark Xpress, Adobe PDF, Adobe InDesign, & Adobe Illustrator format. Please see our design specifications to make sure that your project has been created to insure quality, or contact us.

How do I send you the artwork?

We offer several convenient methods for sending your artwork.

E-mail ( size limitation may apply ).

Mail/UPS/FedEx/DHL (We accept CD, DVD and ZIP disc media)

What about proofs?

We can provide a standard proof overnight via UPS/FedEx or deliver an Adobe Acrobat PDF file to your e-mail.

What are the shipping costs?

Your shipping cost is dependant on the final weight and number of packages being shipped. We can provide a quotation of shipping costs when you provide your zip code. If you have an account with a shipping company of your preference we can bill directly to your account.

How are your products packaged?

If you have any special packaging or labeling instructions we are happy to accommodate. Our standard packaging includes rolling prints and safely packing in a carton or tube for shipping.

What other services do you offer?

In addition to wide format printing, we have the talent and resources for image capture and design of materials. We have a number of finishing options including mounting and laminating in a variety of ways.
